If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will give a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and return it to us in exactly the same, unused condition as when received. We do not refund postage or pay for return postage unless an item is faulty.
Unfortunately due to the sensitivity of the film once the box has been opened we cannot accept any liability for the end result.
If you have opened the pack and started shooting and you are not happy with the first shot please contact us as we shoot a lot of this film and may be able to give you further tips, to avoid wasting a whole pack.
